JoAnn was fantastic, went above and beyond to help me with my stay and tracking packages arriving that I needed for my visit. Great location near the waterfront, good food, clean rooms. I highly recommend.
The hotel is great. We loved the restaurant and the staff at the restaurant. The food was delicious. We had the barbecue chicken flatbread. The chef, Jardine, is very nice and friendly. Alicia was also very attentive.
The restaurant hospitality was great! Both Alicia and Jaradine were very friendly and helpful. We were there at breakfast and close to lunch but really wanted to try the Flatbread and they made it happen.
Hotel was really nice, had a Starbucks on site as well as a bar. Hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help to make sure a guest had everything they needed. It was also great that they let me check in to my room early. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was amazing! Rooms were clean and cozy, beds were amazing. Staff went out of their way to make me feel special and welcomed my whole stay. The restaurant had just what I needed. This will be my go to when staying in Detroit hands down!! Thank you to everyone at the Crowne Plaze Detroit!
